However, since our services involve creative consultation, marketing strategies, and customized publishing support, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness.
Return & Refund Policy for Services
1. Book Writing Assistance
Once the writing process has begun or the initial draft has been delivered, no refund will be applicable.
Refund Eligibility:
Refund request must be raised within 3 days of service purchase (if no work has been started).
In case of non-delivery of service due to technical or internal reasons, a full refund will be processed.
2. Book Marketing & Promotion
Marketing services are based on strategy creation, content development, and paid promotions.
Refund Eligibility:
Refund is only possible if the service has not been initiated within 7 working days after payment.
No refund for completed or ongoing marketing campaigns.
3. Self-Publishing Solutions
Since publishing involves customized content creation, designing, and platform charges, refunds are limited.
Refund Eligibility:
Refund applicable within 3 days of payment if no publishing process has started.
No refund after manuscript approval and processing on publishing platforms.
General Conditions:
All refund requests must be sent via email to [email protected] with valid reason and order details.
Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Prime Point Books Store reserves the right to decline refunds if the service has been utilized or delivered as agreed.
